This Staff Software Engineer role focuses on accelerating product growth by building and optimizing systems for acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
Requirements
- 5+ years building production web software with clear business impact.
- Full-stack fluency (strong back-end and infra skills with enough front-end to extend Framer).
- Instrumentation end-to-end: Event design, tag management, server-side forwarding, experiment wiring.
- SEO fundamentals: Core Web Vitals, crawlability/indexing basics, structured data/sitemaps.
- Fluent in SQL and Python.
- Strong Product sense
- Working familiarity with GTM, ad pixels, and Google Analytics
- Mobile growth basics: Deep linking, install attribution concepts, and experience wiring web↔app journeys.
