Modern Health is a mental health benefits platform for employers. We are looking for a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to shape and drive our consultant partnerships in the Central Region. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, enthusiastic, relationship-oriented, and mission-driven.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the employer healthcare benefits space, including brokerage, consulting, or vendor partnerships/sales.
- Proven experience building and managing relationships with national and regional brokerage and consulting firms.
- Demonstrated success influencing pipeline through the generation of qualified sales opportunities.
- Strong understanding of how consultants evaluate solutions and make recommendations to clients.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Client Management, Product, and other internal teams to drive outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Healthcare, Health Management, or related field).
