Modjo is a fast-growing startup (60 employees) with ambitious perspectives. We are looking for a Salesforce admin & RevOps to support our rapid growth and strengthen our Ops team. This is a key role where you will manage and optimize our Salesforce instance and work closely with the Product team to build a strategic integration between Modjo and Salesforce.
We are facing exciting new challenges and you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that will directly contribute to the scalability and efficiency of the company.
🎯 Your Mission
1. Salesforce Administration & Optimization
- Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment
- Manage and optimize the Salesforce environment (user management, security, validation rules, workflows, automation, reporting & dashboards)
- Work hand in hand with revenue teams and leaders to optimize our internal process
- Design, create, and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules
- Coordinate integration of Salesforce with other platforms (Chargebee, Hubspot, Outreach, Aircall, Planhat, etc.)
- Identify areas for improvement within Salesforce and support internal teams with CRM best practices
- Ensure data quality and reliability (regular audits, data cleansing, deduplication)
- Maintain documentation and train teams on Salesforce updates and new features
2. Cross-functional Ops Projects
- Work with the Ops team to improve internal processes (process reviews, automation, internal tooling)
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support company growth (e.g. customer journey optimization, data & reporting initiatives)
3. Product Collaboration: Modjo ↔ Salesforce Integration
- Partner closely with the Product and Tech teams to help them design and test the Modjo ↔ Salesforce integration (& IA automations)
🎓 Profile Sought
- 2/3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce core features (user management, automation, flows, reports, custom objects, Page layouts, Lightning Pages, and record types, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with a passion for process optimization
- Good understanding of technical challenges
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
