The Sales Operations Manager will streamline operations, manage systems, and coordinate activities across sales, production, supply chain, and finance. This role provides a central hub for collaboration between teams and supports scaling business operations.
Requirements
- Develop and implement standardized processes for tracking project status.
- Own and refine critical sales input into Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage CRM or other operational software tools.
- Drive accountability for Project Managers.
- Serve as the operational link between Project Managers, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance.
- Manage all internal system interfaces.
