Senior Financial Analyst – E&P Hungary

MOL Group is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Financial Planning and Reporting department in Budapest, Hungary. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, budgeting and forecasting, optimizing processes, and preparing financial reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• University or College degree in finance/economics/business or equivalent
• 5+ years working experience within finance/controlling/audit or FP&A
• IFRS knowledge
• Financial modelling experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Hungarian
• User-level computer skills, advanced MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of general corporate processes, accounting and corporate finance
• Service- and process-oriented mindset, having high standards for getting to know processes in full details
• Proactivity with a problem solving mindset
• Adaptability to work either in team or independently
• Analytical thinking
