Strategic Growth, Senior Manager – MCM

Moloco is seeking a Strategic Growth Senior Manager to partner with MCM customers, lead customer relationships, and grow their ads business. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of relevant work experience, tech industry experience, and performance advertising/Ad-tech experience.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience, ideally gained at a strategy consulting firm and/or Ad-tech company
• Tech industry and performance advertising/Ad-tech experience, with hands-on exposure to campaigns and/or client accounts
• Retail media experience and/or exposure preferred
• Outstanding communication skills to build trustworthy relationships with customers
• Great co-working skills with multiple stakeholders to accomplish business goals
• Experience managing and executing strategic programs and workstreams
• Excellence in problem-solving, logical and out-of-box thinking to meet customer needs
• Rigor with data, including comfort using dashboards and analyses to inform recommendations
• Experience or interest in understanding ML and AI products and communicating value and outcomes to stakeholders
• Comfort working in a 0-1 environment with willingness to embrace ambiguity and iterate with guidance from leaders and peers
