We are looking for a Revenue Operations Leader who will be the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—streamlining operations, improving processes, and driving alignment across teams to enable scalable growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and optimize scalable systems and processes across our revenue funnel (from lead to renewal)
  • Own the tech stack for GTM teams (CRM, marketing automation, reporting tools, etc.), ensuring tools are integrated and leveraged effectively
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models to drive data-driven decisions
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales and customer journey; recommend improvements and automation where possible
  • Partner with leadership to define KPIs, SLAs, and performance tracking across teams
  • Support compensation plan design, territory planning, and quota setting
  • Lead cross-functional projects to support GTM strategy, including launching new markets, segments, or playbooks

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or related roles (experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus)
  • Strong experience with Salesforce
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international, and high-growth environment
  • English proficiency (you’ll be working with international stakeholders)

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Experience with sales enablement, customer success operations, or marketing ops
  • Familiarity with revenue forecasting and pipeline management
  • Previous work in a startup or scaleup environment
