We are looking for a Senior Commercial Growth Manager to join our fast-paced team to identify and unlock new revenue streams and drive measurable commercial impact. The role involves leading growth initiatives, partnering with new business, and owning relationships with existing partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior commercial or growth role within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong executional mindset—comfortable managing multiple projects and driving them to completion
  • Commercially curious with a bias for action and experimentation
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience using insights to inform decisions
