We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who can thrive with a high level of ambiguity and operate autonomously while maintaining a customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, and a background in advocating for customers. The role requires a mind for technology, entrepreneurial mindset, and team player skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in a Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services or other similarly customer-centric role
- Background and passion for advocating on behalf of your customers
- Mind for technology – ability to learn about MongoDB and databases
- Ability to act with a high level of autonomy
- Entrepreneurial mindset – ability to deviate from established procedure and build new process or practices
- Team player and passion for collaboration
- Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology
- Bilingual English and French
