Senior Partner Marketing Manager

MongoDB is seeking a highly organized Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing strategies for AI/Tech partners. This role involves planning and executing campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and growth of MongoDB Atlas and its ecosystem. The position requires a data-driven marketer who can collaborate with internal and external teams and manage partners’ marketing budgets. It is a hybrid position requiring candidates based in Dublin.

Requirements

• Develop partner marketing strategies and GTM engagements.
• Plan and execute end-to-end, integrated partner co-marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the development of jointly produced digital content.
• Act as a liaison between AI/Tech partners and internal teams.
