Requirements
- Develop a partnership strategy that supports our ambition to acquire businesses across segments and unlocks mutual value.
- Create a prioritisation framework for evaluating partnership opportunities, ensuring they align with our mission.
- Drive the strategy and execute our focus on switcher acquisition, moving from high-volume/low-revenue channels to targeted, high-impact partnerships.
- Optimise and expand existing partnerships, including pilots like accountant affiliates and distribution partners.
- Identify and negotiate new partnerships, building strong, scalable collaborations.
- Deliver commercial analysis, business cases, and performance tracking to prioritise opportunities.
- Build and lead a team, mentoring junior colleagues to develop their partnerships skillset.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Risk, Data Science, and Compliance to drive execution.
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new market opportunities.
