As a Senior Account Manager at Moonbug Entertainment, you will own and grow meaningful client partnerships, serving as a trusted, executive-level partner across a diverse portfolio of accounts. You will lead complex relationships and play a key role in driving account health, retention, and long-term growth, representing Moonbug confidently with senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Own and grow a portfolio of established client accounts, including one or more priority partnerships with major name brands
- Serve as a senior client lead across complex accounts and multiple workstreams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and executive-level client stakeholders
- Lead high-level client meetings, setting strategic direction and identifying gaps and driving clear next steps
- Oversee account strategy and identify opportunities to expand partnerships
- Evaluate workflows, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Participate in department-wide initiatives focused on account growth, retention, and operational excellence
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Become a subject matter expert across Moonbug IP and the kids and family entertainment ecosystem
