Sales Operations Specialist [APAC]

Our client, a leading global organization, is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support the APAC region. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations, effective sales strategies, and strong communication between regional and global teams. You will work closely with the APAC Sales Ops Lead, local leadership, and cross-functional partners to drive growth and efficiency across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

  • Track and report performance against monthly and annual targets, highlighting key drivers and solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis, including querying, modeling, and reporting, to support business decisions.
  • Ensure clear communication between global and APAC teams to align strategies and priorities.
  • Support day-to-day operations of the APAC sales team, including quota setting, performance evaluation, and business reporting.
  • Help implement central programs and adapt them for local markets across the region.
  • Partner with leadership to design and execute market strategies, focusing on lead generation, conversion, acquisition, and pricing optimization.
  • Collaborate with data science teams to size opportunities, measure ROI, and improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales playbooks and account management processes.
  • Assist in evaluating team performance and provide insights to improve productivity.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and deliver analysis as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience building and evolving business models.
  • Ability to interpret metrics and dashboards to drive insights and improve performance.
  • Experience executing regional or local market strategies and productivity programs.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in both collaborative and independent settings.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and GSuite; advanced data analytics skills (SQL required).
