Motia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our high-performing sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Requirements
- Previous telesales experience essential
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of new business development strategies
- Proven ability to close new business opportunities over the phone
- Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to perform
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
