Motia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our high-performing sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Requirements

  • Previous telesales experience essential
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of new business development strategies
  • Proven ability to close new business opportunities over the phone
  • Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to perform
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks

Benefits

  • Base salary – £28,000 to £35,000 per annum
