They are hiring a Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join their GTM Finance team in Pakistan. The role will focus on data accuracy, model maintenance, and providing financial reports for sales and marketing teams, with the goal of improving data insights and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Prepare financial reports and dashboards
• Maintain high data accuracy and quality assurance
• Conduct detailed budget vs. actual analysis
• Update and review financial models
• Track key SaaS performance metrics
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports
• Support sales, accounting, and recruiting teams
• Reconcile headcount discrepancies
