Motive empowers physical operations with a platform to manage drivers, vehicles, and expenses. The Marketing Operations team builds, analyzes, and optimizes marketing tech stacks, ensuring seamless integrations and efficient data usage. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll drive the development and management of marketing tools, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical solutions. This is a remote position based in Canada.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience developing and managing a marketing technical stack and database
- Minimum 1 years of hands-on professional use of AI platforms (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude)
- 2 years preferred; Practical application development is a plus
- Strong platform management experience with a product management mindset
- Excellent first principles problem solving skills
- Cross-functional experience driving system changes
- Past hands-on expertise managing and developing in Motive’s main GTM stack: Salesforce, 6sense, Marketo, Snowflake, Tableau; Some SQL experience necessary.
