Motive is seeking a Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager for the LATAM region to drive revenue growth. This role will integrate data-driven insights, operational processes, and strategic thinking to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness across the company. The position involves collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams to deliver value to clients and optimize internal operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience with Sales, Sales Operations, or Strategy building experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Forecasting Solutions, etc.
  • Understanding of how Salesforce applications integrate with each other.
  • Excel skills
  • SQL skills (a plus)
  • Self-starter with initiative
  • Process and Operational Thinking
  • Communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Flexibility in handling multiple priorities
  • Ability to manage change and ambiguity
