Area Sales Manager – Retail Key Accounts

The Area Sales Manager will manage and lead the Retail Key Accounts Team for Motorola Solutions. This Team is responsible for sales generation, strategic account planning and overall relationship management for the targeted top tier retail accounts throughout the United States.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 4+ years of documented track record of sales performance within a technology environment is required
  • Seeking 3+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Understanding of MSI radio portfolio, mobile & fixed video, and Safety & Security Ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of the retail vertical
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with a C-Level executives
  • Ability to motivate diverse cross-functional teams to action in achieving common goals
  • Ability to drive strategies with customers for Motorola success in the bid environment
