Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate Sales Operations Specialist to join our great team and enhance our sales processes while ensuring exceptional customer experiences across our key markets! The position is currently offered as a fixed-term employment contract to cover for a colleague on maternity leave, with the option for future consideration of a permanent position. The preferred start date is 01.09.2026 (or earlier by mutual agreement), and the contract is expected to run for a minimum of 14 months.

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the value of Moxa products within targeted customer domains. You will be instrumental in collaborating with Moxa’s partners and Key Accounts to drive sales growth, maintain strong relationships, and support the adoption of new Moxa products and technologies. By supporting the Moxa Europe Sales Team, you will be key to increasing sales productivity and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily requests and resolve escalations from customers and sales representatives in a timely manner
  • Monitor customer payments and work to minimize overdue invoices
  • Prepare and deliver quotes to distributors and direct accounts in alignment with the Sales Manager
  • Report, manage, and maintain relevant project and customer data in CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Collaborate proactively with the Sales team to identify opportunities for operational support and eliminate roadblocks throughout the entire opportunity lifecycle
  • Generate and distribute reports, forecasts, and sales information promptly and accurately
  • Participate in cross-functional projects as needed to support broader business initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, inside sales, order processing, or customer operations
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, with a focus on customer interaction and satisfaction
  • Proficiency in preparing sales offers and processing orders, with experience working alongside channel partners
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, combined with a strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail in a dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated, with a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently
  • Enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and strong team spirit
  • Proven experience managing sales opportunities within CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as strong Power BI skills. Familiarity in SAP is an advantage
  • Passion for AI and automation, with a drive to improve efficiency and streamline processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus
