Requirements
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quota and objectives
- Build strong, consultative relationships with interventional radiologists, nephrologists, vascular surgeons, and supply chain teams
- Travel within assigned territory and maintain active presence at top accounts
- Identify and close new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert accounts
- Deliver effective product presentations, in‐services, and clinical demonstrations for PTA balloons, dialysis catheters, and acute catheters
- Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely communication with regional leadership
- Collaborate cross‐functionally with marketing, customer service, and internal partners to support customer needs
- Attend required sales meetings, training programs, trade shows, and national/regional events
- Maintain required hospital credentials (vaccinations, TB tests, flu shots, etc.)
