Requirements
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage websites, landing pages, and online platforms
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns
- Manage paid advertising campaigns
- Set up and manage marketing automation workflows
- Maintain and optimize corporate and product websites for user experience, SEO, and lead generation
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all digital touchpoints
- Oversee social media presence and campaign integration
- Lead SEO and SEM strategies to improve visibility and conversion rates
- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices and personalization strategies
- Monitor and report on KPIs and OKRs
- Build dashboards and prepare reports on performance
- Leverage predictive analytics and machine learning insights for campaign targeting and personalization
- Drive a culture of experimentation by designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests
- Research, evaluate, and pilot emerging AI-driven marketing technologies
- Integrate AI-powered marketing solutions for content creation, personalization, and campaign optimization
- Stay engaged in AI marketing communities, industry events, and certifications to ensure strategies remain cutting-edge
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Channel Marketing, Sales, and Corporate Communications to align campaigns with go-to-market priorities
- Manage vendor relationships, freelancers, and agency partners as needed
- Support and mentor digital marketing team members
