The Customer Experience Representative provides high-quality professional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the customer experience. This includes order entry management, quoting, product and pricing inquiries, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a distribution, industrial, or B2B environment preferred
- Experience managing key or high-touch accounts is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with ERP and business communication systems; familiarity with P21 and Zendesk is preferred
- Ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge of product lines, services, and internal processes
