The Customer Experience Representative provides high-quality professional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the customer experience. This includes order entry management, quoting, product and pricing inquiries, and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a distribution, industrial, or B2B environment preferred
  • Experience managing key or high-touch accounts is preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with ERP and business communication systems; familiarity with P21 and Zendesk is preferred
  • Ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge of product lines, services, and internal processes
