Our market-leading payment products help truckers save thousands of dollars on fuel (their #1 business expense), while providing our fuel stop partners with access to new, hard-to-reach customers. We’re a fast-growing marketplace business looking for a new customer-obsessed teammate to join us on this exciting journey.

Mudflap is in a critical phase of growth. We are building out a talented Revenue Operations team to ensure we maintain this trajectory for years to come. As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will be a key partner in taking our sales operations to the next level and aligning our Go-to-Market motions across the org. You will work directly with Sales and cross-functional leadership to drive mission-critical, cross-functional projects.

Expectations (In this role, you will):

  • Analyze and advise on improvements in pre-sales process, rep execution, data cleanliness, target attainment, and systems to boost productivity
  • Design, develop & deliver robust and scalable reporting in CRM & data tools
  • Own cross-functional initiatives end to end; manage multiple stakeholders across Strategic Finance, Sales Leadership, Revenue Ops and Growth Marketing
  • Perform ad hoc analysis driving actionable insights on sales initiatives
  • Collaborate across teams to scale operations, optimize functions, and improve workflows and processes through sales funnel and onboarding
  • Own revenue data integrity and CRM hygiene; report and surface trends & insights to Sales Leaders
  • Own CRM administration and all revenue related tools

Experience (What we look for):

  • 2-3 years of Sales Revenue / Operations experience within consulting, SaaS or related field
  • Exceptional spreadsheet and data management skills to quickly structure analyses, answer key business questions, and drive decision making. SQL proficiency preferred
  • Experience in building CRM reports and dashboards, knowledge of how CRM applications integrate with each other, and ability to enable sales on CRM best practices and related tools
  • Be a self-starter; you will take the initiative to own projects and can operate well with little guidance
  • Exceptional program management track record with measurable business results at high growth companies
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple concurrent projects in a rapidly changing, hyper-growth environment

The salary range for this role is $98,000 – $133,000. This information reflects a base salary range for this position based on current market data, which may be subject to change as new market data becomes available. The candidate’s skills, experience, and other relevant factors will determine the exact compensation. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards or short-term incentives. Our benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, WFH stipend and PTO.
