Inside Sales Engineer

Inside Sales Engineer responsible for taking care of national and international customers in-house and providing technical consulting for products and solutions.

Requirements

  • Completed technical education or study
  • First experience in in-house sales / inside sales, preferably in the B2B field
  • Developed technical understanding and interest in complex products
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and develop suitable solutions
  • Experience in creating offers and processing orders an advantage
  • Safe handling of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Enjoying telephone and digital customer contact
  • Customer-oriented, structured and independent work style
  • Team ability and close collaboration with field sales and technical departments
  • Fluent German and very good English language skills
