The Senior Segment Marketing Manager, Transformation will own the go-to-market strategy for Mural’s Transformation segment, collecting and translating market, competitor, and customer insights into thoughtfully designed marketing campaigns that activate and engage prospects and existing customers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or adjacent roles within Consulting, Professional Services and/or B2B SAAS
- Strong customer and market research skills, with the ability to translate insight into clear strategic direction
- Experience scaling products and services that have identified product market-fit
- Ability to collaborate deeply with Design and Product Teams, and credibility discussing human-centered design methodologies without needing to be hands-on technical
- Proven storytelling and content instincts—able to shape narratives that work across thought leadership, campaigns, and product launches
- Experience supporting or partnering with GTM teams, including Sales and Lifecycle, through messaging, enablement, and launch execution
