The Senior Segment Marketing Manager, Transformation will lead segment and product marketing strategy for Mural’s Transformation segment, shaping the positioning and go-to-market approach for Mural’s human-centered design practice, LUMA, including services, software, and partnerships.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or adjacent roles within Consulting, Professional Services and/or B2B SAAS.
- Strong customer and market research skills, with the ability to translate insight into clear strategic direction.
- Experience scaling products and services that have identified product market-fit.
- Proven storytelling and content instincts—able to shape narratives that work across thought leadership, campaigns, and product launches.
- Experience supporting or partnering with GTM teams, including Sales and Lifecycle, through messaging, enablement, and launch execution.
