Requirements
- At least 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with several years in a leadership role
- Proven success in building growth-oriented consumer, lifestyle, beauty, healthcare, D2C or retail brands
- Deep understanding of performance marketing and data-driven growth
- Experience in building and leading multidisciplinary teams
- Entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality
- Outstanding analytical skills and strategic excellence
- Experience in strongly scaling companies, start-ups or growth companies is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
