At MyBikePlan we are looking for a Junior Sales Rep to Be a key part in making awesome e-bikes accessible to everyone.

We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious and driven individual who will drive the growth of our vision through sales.

Your responsibilities

  • 50% of consultations result in an application to buy a bike
  • All open leads closed within an average of 3 days (closed won, closed lost etc.)
  • Opportunity to Signature conversion: 87%

What you will be doing

50% of consultations result in an application to buy a bike

  • Facilitate and lead prospect consultations
  • Pitch the company and the value proposition

All open leads closed within an average of 3 days (closed won, closed lost etc.)

  • Efficiently manage your own pipeline in Hubspot
  • Consistently follow up and update lead status, in order to avoid deal rot

Opportunity to Signature conversion: 87%

  • Proactive lead conversion for inbound and outbound opportunities
  • Processing all financing applications to support the customers purchase

Our requirements

  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Love interacting with and meeting new people

All open leads closed within an average of 3 days (closed won, closed lost etc.)

  • Have great discipline
  • Be extremely persistent

  • Love selling & always be on the “hunt” to close deals
  • Have an excellent ability to listen to customer needs and reflect solutions to those when pitching the company
  • General requirements
  • Have excellent organizational skills
  • 0 – 2 years work experience
  • Fluent in German, proficient in French and English
  • Be familiar with a modern technology application stack, including tools like: Hubspot; Airtable; Slack; Just Call and G-suite.
