The Account Manager will drive organic growth efforts, lead strategic sales objectives, and foster long-term relationships with key accounts to achieve profitable Sales growth.
Requirements
- Delivers profitable volume growth
- Negotiates and administers all pricing and contract negotiations with customers
- Drives partnered innovation concepts through Buckhorn’s New Product Development team
- Develops and nurtures strong customer contacts
- Identifies direct product and market research to protect current market position and develop new markets
- Translates and quantifies the value proposition
- Creates customer-specific action plans
- Coordinates company personnel to meet account performance objectives
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings
- Provides advice and assistance to the Sales Manager and other functional areas
