The Account Manager will drive organic growth efforts, lead strategic sales objectives, and foster long-term relationships with key accounts to achieve profitable Sales growth.

Requirements

  • Delivers profitable volume growth
  • Negotiates and administers all pricing and contract negotiations with customers
  • Drives partnered innovation concepts through Buckhorn’s New Product Development team
  • Develops and nurtures strong customer contacts
  • Identifies direct product and market research to protect current market position and develop new markets
  • Translates and quantifies the value proposition
  • Creates customer-specific action plans
  • Coordinates company personnel to meet account performance objectives
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Provides advice and assistance to the Sales Manager and other functional areas
