Role Overview

As our first Growth Marketing Manager, you will make Family Health Checker easy to find and rely on across traditional search, paid channels, parenting communities, and AI answer engines.

What You Will Do

You will build a growth engine where ultimate credibility drives user acquisition, drive AI answer optimization, manage paid acquisition, and build an authentic presence in key parenting communities.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will work with engineering and legal teams to enforce strict, privacy-safe tracking compliance, cultivate long-term partnerships with parent advocates, and track and report weekly funnel metrics.

Requirements

• Three or more years in digital, growth, or performance HEALTHCARE marketing
• Hands-on SEO and content
