A fast-growing, tech-enabled cross-border eCommerce logistics platform seeks a Business Development Manager to build and execute a proactive business development plan, identify and convert target cross-border eCommerce accounts, and lead consultative discovery with senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within international logistics, cross-border eCommerce, supply chain tech, or a closely related space
- Strong consultative selling capability
- Solid understanding of cross-border seller operations
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline independently through outbound strategies
- Strong commercial communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating with technical/product teams
- Self-driven, resilient, and performance-oriented
