Role Overview
Attract potential customers by recommending tailored solutions and products within the sales process framework. Reach out to businesses via telephone to promote and sell goods or services, providing detailed product explanations and addressing customer inquiries.
What You Will Do
Manage online customers by offering support as needed with orders, quotations, deliveries, and related inquiries. Motivate and assist technically-equipped customers in utilizing the enterprise customer portal to place orders, reorders, and manage online payments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in either Business, Marketing or Communications
- Proficient in MS Office
