We’re looking for a Retail Fashion Sales Lead who can drive top sales, motivate the team, deliver an elevated styling experience, and ensure every customer leaves feeling confident and excited about their purchase. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for selling, leading, and elevating the shopping experience. You will act as a personal stylist, engage in the fitting room, lead by example, motivate and inspire the team, be the expert, and maintain a flawless store.

Requirements

  • Act as a personal stylist – curate outfits, suggest complementary pieces, and ensure every customer looks and feels their best.
  • Engage in the fitting room – provide hands-on styling advice, introduce additional options, and turn try-ons into purchases.
  • Lead by example – set the tone with high-energy selling, exceeding personal sales goals, and driving the team toward success.
  • Motivate & inspire – keep the team energized, coach on effective selling techniques, and create a results-driven culture.
  • Be the expert – stay on top of the latest collections, bestsellers, and styling trends to maximize every sales opportunity.
  • Maintain a flawless store – keep the sales floor and fitting rooms organized, visually appealing, and ready for the next shopper.
  • Proven top seller – consistently hit (or exceed) sales goals and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
