The National Business Manager, Gastroenterology Account Managers role will work within cross-functional teams to support the delivery of business objectives for the Gastro Account Manager Team. Responsibilities include assessing monthly performance trends, developing strategic initiatives, and coordinating with Sales Operations and MABI to communicate monthly franchise execution and performance reports.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Franchise sales experience with launch experience
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- U.S. Commercial experience required
- Strong ability to work in a matrixed environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence and manage across a complex set of internal and external stakeholders
