Sales Operations Specialist

As a Sales Operations Specialist at National Products Inc., you will coordinate operational improvements to sales processes, enter and update customer orders, and provide order status updates. You will also maintain accurate customer records, process high-volume EDI orders, and support account management and sales teams.

Requirements

• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and CRM software
• Excellent telephone sales and service skills
