Job Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional and proactive client experiences across independent accounts
  • Support clients with seamless order processing and fulfillment
  • Ensure accurate order entry in ERP system
  • Analyze vendor compliance and communicate shipping requirements
  • Monitor warehouse turnaround and resolve shipping discrepancies
  • Create reporting and provide business insights
  • Partner with planning, merchandising, and sales teams
  • Manage EDI orders and client portals
  • Lead cross-functional team projects

Required Experience

  • 3+ years in sales operations or related field
  • Strong ERP system knowledge
  • EDI order management experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
