Associate Manager, Audience Growth

NBCUniversal is seeking an Associate Manager, Audience Growth to support the day-to-day planning, building and delivery of audiences for multi-channel marketing efforts. The role will work closely with internal teams and agency partners to provide actionable audiences and ensure adherence to governance standards and privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance media, marketing operations, marketing technology, or audience development.
  • Experience working with CDPs (mParticle, Hightouch, Adobe Experience Platform), distribution platforms (LiveRamp, Adobe Audience Manager)
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and composable data architectures a plus
  • Comfort with project & business management tools (Jira, Airtable, Asana, Monday)
  • Analytical mindset with basic to intermediate skill with Excel and/or BI tools (Domo, Tableau), SQL or analytics platforms (Adobe, Amplitude, Google) a plus
  • Strong foundational knowledge of marketing channels and concepts (Paid Media, Email, SMS, Push)
  • Knowledge of UTMs and tracking links including campaign attribution and reporting
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, The Trade Desk), ESPs (Braze, Salesforce, Iterable) & best practices a plus
  • Experience with segmentation strategy, targeting, and governance concepts
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across various teams
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management, organizational and project management skills
