NBCUniversal is seeking a Specialist, AVOD Growth & Digital Dist. to support the editorial management and optimization of 10+ YouTube channels. The role focuses on channel organization, video optimization, quality control, and analytics-driven growth, while also supporting the creation of high-impact digital assets to enhance audience engagement and brand consistency.
Requirements
- Fluent in English; intermediate Spanish proficiency (able to understand, read, and write)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design
- Broad knowledge of art and design fundamentals, including graphic design, typography, photography, and illustration
- Ability to problem solve, visualize and execute creative options
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, digital media, marketing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced digital environment
- Must be available to work all shifts, including early mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, late breaking news, and hurricane emergencies
- Communicate professionally with outside partners and company employees in various capacities
- Must be a self-starter and proactive in identifying and resolving issues
