Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for managing customer relationships, driving new business, and meeting sales goals. They receive and process customer requests, generate new business, and sell and service customers providing pricing and product application information.
Requirements
- Strong ability to work in fast pace, high pressure environment
- Excellent computer skills and capability to adeptly operate NEFCO’s Enterprise Resource Planning, Eclipse, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
