Requirements

• 8+ years in project or program management, with a proven track record of scaling digital products or user bases.
• Deep proficiency in project management frameworks, with the ability to lead hybrid programs that blend different delivery models.
• High emotional intelligence (EI) for partnering with distributed, diverse teams and navigating organizational change.
• Ability to track and interpret complex client needs with a solution-oriented and collaborative mindset.
