The Nemetschek Group is seeking a Vice President – GTM (Enterprise Accounts and OCP.AI) to lead the go-to-market motion for the Design Division’s new Open Collaboration Platform (OCP).AI and broader design portfolio across Europe. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consultative, enterprise sales, and go-to-market leadership, with a proven track record in selling complex solutions to large accounts. They will shape the commercial motion, influence the evolution of the platform, and build a sales team to drive up-market shift into large accounts.

Requirements

  • Extensive consultative, enterprise sales and go-to-market leadership experience
  • Proven track record selling complex, multi-product solutions into large accounts
  • Deep understanding of how architects, engineers, contractors and owners collaborate today
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing enterprise GTM teams
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Additional European languages are an advantage
