Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales management
  • Proven track record of managing and developing sales teams within a growth channel
  • Ability to drive sales growth, improve team performance, and manage profitability
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
