Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of managing and developing sales teams within a growth channel
- Ability to drive sales growth, improve team performance, and manage profitability
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
