Product Operations Manager (m/f/x)

Your mission is to implement, maintain, and optimize systems and tools used by Product teams. Lead projects orthogonal to Product Managers’ responsibilities and implement processes to improve product team efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of blended experience as a Product Operations Manager, Program Manager, and/or a Product Manager
• Strong experience with Jira Plans, Jira Service Desk, Jira Product Discovery, and Jira configurations in general
• Strong ability in prioritizing tasks in the context of product initiatives
• Hands-on approach in creating and optimizing processes
• Systems thinking and ability to implement and optimize tooling
• Confident working with and analyzing data
• Being technical to the point of integrating various tools using native integrations or connectors like Zapier is a plus
