We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist/Lead to support marketing technology and operations initiatives. The role involves hands-on work across Martech platforms, optimizing processes, and collaborating with teams. Responsibilities include managing forms, conducting audits, building dashboards, and implementing Martech tools. The position requires direct collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of B2B marketing operations experience.
- Client-facing or agency experience with the ability to participate in client calls.
- Deep expertise with top B2B Martech tools (GA4, GTM, CRM platforms, Webflow, ETL, analytics, consent, chat tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm EST.
