Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Commercial Sales
- FMCG experience strongly preferred; pet care, nutrition, specialty or vet channels is a plus
- Proven experience managing modern trade, distributors, or e-commerce accounts
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiation and P&L management
- Data-driven decision making and analytical capability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High ownership, resilience, and results orientation
