Senior Manager, FP&A, UCAN Scripted Series

The UCAN TV Financial Planning & Analysis team is seeking a talented Senior Manager to support Netflix’s Scripted TV Series team. This Senior Manager will play a key role in driving financial planning, providing strategic insights, and partnering cross-functionally to support the growth and operational excellence of our Scripted Series content.

Requirements

• Lead near- and long-term P&L and cash flow forecasting for the Scripted Series business
• Own headcount planning and people cost management
• Conduct financial scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making and business scaling
• Develop and enhance financial KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to drive insights
• Partner cross-functionally to evolve financial frameworks supporting both management and GAAP reporting
• Prepare and deliver slate review presentations, synthesizing performance across the Series portfolio
• Support the implementation of dynamic financial planning tools and drive automation across systems and processes
• Coordinate forecasts and consolidations across multiple stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team
• Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and outputs as the business evolves
