At Netflix, we are seeking a Senior Account Manager to shape the new business area for Netflix and establish FLEX as a world-class coverage model for enterprise accounts. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for leading the pre-to-post sale campaign execution workflow as a strategic partner to Netflix Client Partners across Fortune 500 enterprise and agency partners to grow and scale Netflix’s US advertising revenue.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales Planning functions in the digital media industry
- Excellent client service and relationship management skills
- Operational excellence through process rigor, proactive problem-solving, and strong cross-functional coordination
- Audience-driven & solutions-based media planning experience
- Experience in managing deals across multiple deal types
- Data fluency and the ability to translate insights into data-driven storytelling
- Proven project management skills
- Familiarity with Advertising Research and Verification vendors
