Distribution Account Manager, Enterprise Sales – North

The Distribution Account Manager is responsible for managing distributor relationships, driving regional business plans and growth initiatives, overseeing buying plans, and ensuring sales execution to meet sell-in and sell-through targets within the assigned region.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level or higher)
  • 5+ years of experience in distribution management or a similar channel-focused role
  • Strong track record working with distribution and reseller partners
  • Action-oriented with a strong drive for results
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities
  • High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation and account management abilities
  • Ability to build productive internal and external relationships
  • Experience in strategic planning, forecasting, and business execution
