The Distribution Account Manager is responsible for managing distributor relationships, driving regional business plans and growth initiatives, overseeing buying plans, and ensuring sales execution to meet sell-in and sell-through targets within the assigned region.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level or higher)
- 5+ years of experience in distribution management or a similar channel-focused role
- Strong track record working with distribution and reseller partners
- Action-oriented with a strong drive for results
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and account management abilities
- Ability to build productive internal and external relationships
- Experience in strategic planning, forecasting, and business execution
