The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Head of RevOps to establish and lead our Revenue Operations capability as a centre of excellence across the business. Melbourne Preferred, Open To Sydney.

A rare opportunity for a senior operator who thrives on creating structure in an emerging environment, bringing insight, direction and alignment across the entire revenue engine.

Revenue Operations is an emerging discipline in the Australian market, and this role offers a rare opportunity to build and shape the function. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to design fit‑for‑purpose operating models that support our current scale while preparing the business for future growth.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Owning and evolving the end‑to‑end Revenue Operations strategy, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer and Finance
  • Acting as a centre of excellence for revenue data, analytics and insights, providing clear, trusted reporting to senior leadership
  • Designing and optimising revenue processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, performance tracking and planning
  • Partnering with leaders to improve go‑to‑market execution, decision‑making and operational efficiency
  • Defining and maintaining revenue metrics, dashboards and governance that scale with the organisation
  • Supporting strategic initiatives and ad‑hoc projects related to growth, pricing, performance and operating rhythm
  • Building strong cross‑functional relationships and influencing without relying on hierarchy in a growing organisation

About You

This role will suit someone who has operated at a senior RevOps, commercial analytics or revenue enablement level, ideally in a scaling or high‑growth environment.

You enjoy creating structure, driving alignment, and partnering with senior stakeholders to build confidence and credibility.

  • Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics, or a closely related discipline – 8-10 years’ experience minimum
  • Exposure to complex revenue models and cross‑functional operating environments
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability
  • The ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for executives
  • A pragmatic mindset, you know when “simple and effective” beats over‑engineering
  • Experience operating in organisations that are growing, but not yet enterprise‑scale
  • This role is about capability, influence and outcomes
