Director, Affiliate Growth

Director, Affiliate Growth is a role that requires a highly motivated leader with strong healthcare business development experience, deep relationship-building capabilities with physicians and practice leadership, and a strong understanding of value-based care models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, public health, healthcare administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare business development, provider relations, sales, or strategic partnerships
• 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring team members (formal or informal leadership)
• Demonstrated experience building and managing a sales or partnership pipeline
• Ability and willingness to travel within assigned markets up to 60%
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or pipeline tracking tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
